Mr. J. Aloy Niresh

Mr. Jenanathan Aloy Niresh has developed a research-focused academic career in the field of accounting. His research interests include integrated reporting, social auditing, and the intersection of accounting with climate change, with the aim of enhancing sustainability and responsible governance. He has published numerous papers in reputable management journals, bridging the gap between theory and practice. As a lecturer, Mr. Jenanathan Aloy Niresh focuses on creating a comprehensive curriculum that prepares students for the financial world. He mentors students and fosters an inclusive learning environment that encourages critical engagement with the material. He has taught various accounting courses at two prominent state universities in Sri Lanka. Additionally, Mr. Jenanathan Aloy Niresh is actively involved in professional and community development initiatives, serving on committees that enhance educational frameworks and promote financial literacy among local businesses. This holistic approach has enriched his academic journey, connecting theory with practical applications to benefit both students and the community.
