The Department of Accounting, in collaboration with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) UK organised a Quiz Competition for University students on Tuesday, November 07, 2023, as a part of celebrating International Accounting Day 2023, at the Faculty Auditorium, with the aim of enriching the understanding of accounting principles among university students. Eighteen teams from the Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce actively participated in the competition, involving a total of 72 students. The Department of Accounting, in collaboration with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) UK and the Northern Provincial Department of Education, organised a Quiz Competition for A/L students in the Northern Province on Thursday, October 26, 2023, as a part of celebrating International Accounting Day 2023, at the Faculty Auditorium, with the aim of enhancing knowledge of accounting principles among school students. A total of 21 schools from five districts in the Northern Province participated in the competition, involving 84 students and 23 school teachers.
